Location Shoots..  There are may things i love about location shoots. One would defiantly be the travelling. Two would getting to see beautiful places and Three would be never knowing what to expect when you meet a client for the first time and how they will be. But this is why i love photography to me life is about yes being organised but also about having spontaneous moments that you will always remember. Some peoples creativity, works best when things are spontaneous, where as others can only work to a set structure and there is nothing wrong with neither of them as long as you find what works best for you. When on a location shoot my advice would be, stay clam patient and be ready for anything. The clients will most properly be very shy or nervous about have the shoot in the first place unless it is someone who does it everyday for a living but even sometimes those people need guidance. {So just keep this in mind} if you have been booked to go to a location shoot always research the location first. Find out if there are any restrictions from taking pictures there. Do you have to pay or make a donation? If you can take a pre trail by bus or by driving there yourself so you know where you are going on the day and look around to see good places where you could take pictures. This will help you so much and make the client see that you have done your home work. Most of all enjoy yourself and let your client enjoy themselves too.
